HYBAR Summerfest is here!
We are excited to announce our partnership with AHN Montour Sports Complex to launch our off-site hybrid fitness race event series with multiple competition dates lined up through the year to keep you competing, preparing, and progressing!
THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF SWEAT BAR FITNESS.
Sweat Bar Fitness is a coaching based functional fitness, HIIT, strength & conditioning gym Oakdale, PA. We host a wide range of endurance and fitness events each year, including 3 ultra-distance trail races at Settlers Cabin Park, Splash & Dash swim/run events, social 5Ks, and our in-house HYBAR fitness race competitions.

Now, we’re taking our HYBAR comps to the next level.
AHN Montour Sports Complex is an incredible fully turfed indoor facility with a mezzanine viewing area, giving family and friends a perfect spot to watch the action.
This will be on 1/3 of their indoor soccer field. We already have our future dates lined up at this venue so you will be the first to get all of the future info and early bird perks.

This will be a sell out event so grab your spot asap and stay informed on all important updates.
Event Divisions:
For doubles teams, reps and distances are the same as the solo event, but partners may split the station reps however they choose. For all run segments, both teammates must complete the run.
TEAMS: Each person has to signup for the relevant event. The first person will create a team and the second person will join that team when they sign up!

Scheduling
Athletes will be assigned an approximate start time within 3 days of the event. Solo divisions will go first and then doubles. A pre race survey will be sent to get an estimate of your performance. If you have a specific time request needed, please feel free to email us and we'll try our best to accommodate.
Age Requirements: All participants must be 14 years old on the day of the event.

All participants will receive:

HYBAR Athlete Shirt
First place in each division will receive an award pin.
Workout Design Modifications:
We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the workout structure, weights, runs, or event flow based on participation volume or other setup logistics. Any adjustments will be communicated no later than 3 days before the event.
