
From the Organizer
Gadsden State Cross Country runners & coaches will host participants in grades 7-12 in an on-campus running clinic on July 24th from 8:30-3:00. This camp will teach basic and complex strategies, workouts, and tips to help all runners new and experienced take their running to the next level. Coaches are encouraged to attend and will not be charged. If you are a coach and plan on attending please email Coach Millander (jmillander@gadsdenstate.edu).
Guest Speaker will be Jacksonville State's Cross Country Coach Jeremy Provence.
All participants MUST have a copy of their current physical. Participants can bring a copy on July 23rd.
Camper check-in & same-day registration will take place in the gym at Beck Gymnasium from 8-8:15
Sign Up by June 23rd to receive a camp t-shirt!
Lunch will be provided.
