Free Boxing Foundation 5K
Run for Access. Run for Opportunity.
Join us for the Free Boxing Foundation 5K in the Town of Port Royal and help bring no-cost, structured boxing fitness and Olympic pathway boxing to the entire community.
This event has been officially approved by the Town of Port Royal—and it marks the starting line for building something real right here in Beaufort.

Event Begins: 8:00 AM
Race Start: 8:30 AM sharp
Course: Fast, scenic coastal route (USATF-certified)

What to Expect
High-energy music and vendor area at the start/finish line

Finisher medals for all runners
Jump rope activation zone (participants can earn a free jump rope)
Post-race awards ceremony
Heavy Hitter Award — every finisher gets ONE punch to register their punching power and compete for the top score
After the Heavy Hitter Award is announced, the punching station opens to all participants
A strong, community-driven atmosphere focused on impact and access
