From the Organizer
Dad Strong is a high-energy, community-driven 5K built around one question: who are you running for? Join us in person or participate virtually from anywhere. Run, walk, or bring a team. Families, friend groups, and companies are all invited to show up together. Race day includes a full course experience along with a finish line atmosphere with music, games, and community vendors.
This isn’t just a run. It’s an investment in men’s health and fatherhood. Proceeds directly support gym memberships, men’s rec leagues, mental health supports, and financial wellness programming so men can take care of themselves and show up stronger for their families.
We’re actively looking for sponsors, volunteers, and partners to help us expand the impact and get the word out across the region.
Reach out to us at 269-332-0059 to get involved.
