Looking for something to do before packing on the pounds at a 4th of July barbecue? Come to Moran Prairie School, 4224 E. 57th, at 8:00 am on Saturday the 4th of July to get in some exercise ( approximately 4-Miles or 6.4K ) before you start the day and weekend festivities. There is no entry fee for this event, this event is strictly a fun run with donations (money and/or non-perishable food items) going to 2nd Harvest Food Bank. Donations are accepted on Run Sign Up. Sign-on to the website (www.runsignup.com), click on DONATION and complete the information. Cash donations and/or food donations to the 2nd Harvest Food Bank will be accepted at the event on Saturday the 4th of July. The food bank has seven times the buying power than we do. (A$5.00 donation will buy $35.00 worth of food).
