Join Athletic Annex and Blossom Yoga + Pilates for a community morning focused on movement, recovery, and injury prevention.
A 30 min run from the studio will be followed by a recovery yoga session is specifically designed for runners and active lifestyles, targeting tight areas like the hips, hamstrings, calves, and lower back. The goal is to help reduce soreness, improve flexibility, and keep you moving strong all summer long.
