Please join us on Saturday, June 20, 2026 as we raise awareness about Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia, honor and remember those impacted by the disease, and generate funds for ADRC to continue to provide help and hope to families on Long Island.

ADRC Mission: To provide care, support and education programs to families in need, and to be advocates for local families who are impacted by Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias.
Program of the Day:
8:30 am Registration & Heart Healthy Breakfast, Activities, Band, Resource Vendor Fair, Caregiver Relaxation Station
10:30 am Program & Celebration of Teams/Sponsors
11:00 am 5K Walk
$30 per person, Children 12 and under are FREE
Raise $100 and receive a commemorative T-Shirt
