Sprint Triathlon: .25 mile swim, 10 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
International Triathlon: .5 mile swim, 20 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
Duathlon: 1 mile run, 10 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
International Duathlon: 1 mile run, 20 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
International Aquabike: .5 mile swim, 20 mile bike
