The 6th Annual Parsons VFD Cheat River Triathlon will be on May 16, 2026.
The course has been laid out and will be as follows. Mill Race Park in Parsons will be The starting point you will run 3.9 miles to Hendricks Park. At that point, you will Kayak or Canoe 3 + miles back to Mill Race Park. Then you will bike to Hendricks Park and back to Mill Race Park to complete a 7-mile bike.
2K Walk will be held within the walking track of Mill Race Park using the same start finish line as the Triathlon.
ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE PARSONS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT

**** PFDs (Life Jackets), Helmets, and Whistles are required on the river and Bicycle helmets are required on the bike portion of the event.
