Watch and cheer on your children as they SWIM, BIKE, and RUN all the way to the finish line. Participants will complete their swim at the MSMC Parks and Rec outdoor pool. They will then follow the designated route to the closed parking lot. Here they will find the transition area where their bikes will be staged for the bike leg. They will then complete their designated bike course again on a closed loop bike course. They will ride back to transition where they will park their bike and bike gear and take off on the run. The run course is also on a closed course. The race will finish with participants crossing the finish line in front of the MSMC office. Detailed Course and Event information in the event tab. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE FUN!
Remember, this event is for FUN! We just hope to encourage healthy, positive, active lifestyles. We want to provide an opportunity for kids to have fun and be active in a way that challenges them. We will have a sign making station to help support your young racer or all of them. Please bring your cowbells, make a sign, and help us support these young racers.
We can not do this alone. Please come out and help us support the youth in our community and those that may come visit. If you have the time and wish to help please click the VOLUNTEER button to register as a volunteer.

Three sports, one race — swim, bike, run in sequence, with transitions that are a discipline of their own.
Open water, open roads, and competition with yourself. Cross the finish line knowing what it took to get there.
Swim, bike, run — back to back. The sprint distance makes it far more accessible than most people think.
