From the Organizer
In 2022 the Keene Family YMCA and the Burns Heisler Family partnered to bring you the first youth triathlon to be held at the Keene YMCA. We are excited to continue that tradition in 2025 and welcome new triathletes to the endurance sports family.
Your race registration includes a t-shirt, finisher’s medal, and age group awards three deep in two-year age groups (5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12). The swim takes place in the Keene Family YMCA pool, the bike is held on a completely closed bike course on Summit Road, and the run takes places on the YMCA grounds at 200 Summit Road in Keene.

About This Sport
Endurance Grid is here to help you understand the sport, decide if it's the right fit, and learn how to prepare. For course distances, logistics, and race-day specifics, always defer to the race organizer's event page.
Three sports, one race — swim, bike, run in sequence, with transitions that are a discipline of their own.
Open water, open roads, and competition with yourself. Cross the finish line knowing what it took to get there.
Swim, bike, run — back to back. The sprint distance makes it far more accessible than most people think.
