From the Organizer
Join us for an ocean swim clinic on Tuesday, July 14th from 5:30-7:30 pm at Wallis Sands State Park. Coaches Anne Torrez, Amanda Smith, Alyssa Langlais, Bob Fernald and Betsy Sandberg will lead you through all you need to know to have a safe and enjoyable training experience in the ocean. This clinic is appropriate for beginners to advanced swimmers. We will break up into groups based on comfort and experience level. This is a great opportunity if you're training for an ocean swim event or triathlon, or if you're looking to get more comfortable and knowledgeable about swimming in the ocean.
Personal Swim buoys are REQUIRED for this clinic. You will not be allowed to enter the water without a swim buoy! We will have some extras on hand for those who haven't received theirs before the clinic, but please order one for your own use. You can purchase one HERE and use code 2026triityourway for a 20% discount. Wetsuits are strongly recommended if you are not acclimated to cold water temps, as temps can vary greatly in the ocean, even in the warmer months.
We are thrilled to support GoMOWSA as our Non Profit Partner for the clinic. Please join us in supporting this wonderful organization by adding a donation to your registration. Donations will be matched up to the amount of proceeds from the clinic.
