Join us May 9th in Woodhaven for the MP Strength Mental Health Ruck Walk — a community-focused 2-mile walk bringing people together through movement, support, and connection.
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
Walk-up registration will be available Saturday morning at the event beginning at 9:00 AM.
• 2-mile walk/ruck (all fitness levels welcome)
• Vendors, raffle, food trucks, and community support
• Wear a ruck, weighted vest, backpack, or walk unweighted
• Families, first responders, fitness enthusiasts, and community members encouraged to attend
• Come move with us and support mental health awareness
The event is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible whether you’re coming to challenge yourself, support the cause, or simply be part of the community.
Participants can enjoy local vendors, raffle prizes, a hydration station, and a morning focused on connection and awareness.

• Zumba Warm-Up with Tammy Kirk: 9:40 AM
• National Anthem: 10:10 AM
• Walk Begins: 10:15 AM
