5,000 meter race on the Wilton H.S. track, under the lights. Multiple heats based on time (Heat 1, sub-19:30, Heat 2, above-19:30). Fully Automatic Timing. Digital clock at 200 & 400m points.
Suggested entry standards: Men who anticipate running 19 minutes or faster, women 24 minutes or faster, but slower performances can run in second heat.
