Walk The Talk With Tim presents the 2026 Annual Walk the Talk 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk! Come out and participate in any way you’d like. It’s our goal to encourage as many people as we can to get out and spend time with each other, meet new friends and boost your health and fitness mindset. Every day is a good day to work on the strength of your mind & body. Come out on May 17th and write a new chapter in your personal development journey! Run, walk or just come be part of an inspiring day of community. Keep on Walkin! Keep on Movin! And remember, it all started with a walk!!
