The 10th annual spring half marathon plus 5k starts and finishes in downtown Tulsa. The half marathon includes several miles along the banks of the beautiful Arkansas River.
Each year the finisher medal for the T-Town Half will feature iconic downtown Tulsa architecture.
The first medal for the 2018 event was the top of the 1930's era Blue Dome building.
The 2019 medal featured the top of the iconic art deco Philtower Building.
The 2020 medal featured the Boston Avenue Methodist Church.
The 2021 medal featured Mid-Continent Tower.
The 2022 medal featured the Warehouse Market Building.
The 2023 medal featured the Tulsa Union Depot.
The 2024 medal featured the Tulsa Fire Alarm building.
The 2025 medal featured the 320 S Boston building.
The 2026 medal will feature the Will Roger High School building.
The 2027 featured location is TBD
Will Rogers Middle and High School, located at 3909 E. 5th Place in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was built by Tulsa Public Schools in 1939 using WPA workers and designed by Joseph R. Koberling, Jr. and Leon B. Senter.
The 5k is completely contested on downtown Tulsa streets, while the half marathon will be a mix of downtown streets and paved Riverparks Trail.
All entrants will receive a tech shirt as well as a great finisher medal that features the Will Rogers High School building. Post race food and beer for those 21 and over will also be available.

The half marathon is the distance where you find out what you're actually made of. Long enough to demand real preparation. Short enough that it doesn't consume your life to train for it. Most people who run their first half describe it as the race that changed their relationship with what they're capable of. Once you cross this finish line, the bar moves. That's not a warning — that's the point.
Race day energy varies by event size, but the finish line feeling is the same regardless. Big races keep the noise going the whole way. Smaller races give you stretches where it's just you and the miles — and that solitude becomes its own kind of fuel.
The half marathon rewards people who show up for the boring training miles.
How long to train: 10–14 weeks. If you're already running consistently, 10 weeks of structured buildup is enough. If you're building from a casual base, give yourself 14.
From 5K to marathon, running races are the most accessible entry point into endurance sport. There's a distance for every fitness level and a community at every start line.
