Seattle Seawolves 5K & Kids Dash
The Seattle Seawolves 5K & Kids Dash brings fans, families, young athletes, and local partners together for a high‑energy morning celebrating fitness, community, and the spirit of rugby. Hosted by the Seattle Seawolves Foundation in partnership with the Snohomish Running Club, this all‑ages event features a 5K run/jog/walk, a fast‑paced Kids Dash, vendor booths, music, and appearances from the 2026 Seattle Seawolves and other special guests.
Proceeds from the event support the Seawolves’ Rugby in Schools and Run With the Pack initiatives, which introduce rugby to youth through PE classes and after‑school programming in partnership with the King County Boys & Girls Club. These programs use the power of rugby to help young people build confidence, strengthen physical and mental well‑being, and develop healthy habits around movement and nutrition.
A portion of event proceeds also supports the Washington State Rugby High School State Championships, helping grow the next generation of rugby athletes across the region.
