
From the Organizer
This is a FREE 5k/10k length group run that will begin and end at the flagpole at 301 Parkway Dr in Trussville AL! Everyone is welcome to join in, and wear your patriotic attire as we celebrate Americas 250th!
We will begin with a 5min devotional, a short prayer, and then we will all start together. There will be arrows on the course for you to follow. And there will be a water station. There will also be a clock set up, but there is no official timer for this event.
*This is a FREE group walk jog run through the Trecho Walk Jog Run group at FBCTrussville. There is no need to register for this, ALL Trecho events are sign in events, so there is no requirement to register. Signing up/ registering just helps with planning purposes.
