Run all out for 1 mile, to see your current race pace. Great opportunity to see your running capacity and prepare you for the fall races. This aids with training properly and can create realistic goals in the near future.
This will be a point to point run.

0730 Introduction + Desired Time
0740 1 Mile Warm up + Dynamic Stretching
0800 1 Mile Start Time
0830 1 Mile Cool down + Conclusion
