From the Organizer
Run at the Top is partnering with the Sherando High School Cross Country Team for a fun and engaging youth camp led by Head Coach Megan Roberts and members of the team! This camp supports the Sherando XC program while giving young runners a unique opportunity to learn directly from experienced high school athletes and coaches.
Designed for runners who can comfortably complete at least one continuous mile, this camp focuses on building endurance, improving technique, and boosting confidence. Each session includes dynamic warm-ups, running drills, stretching, and a variety of workouts led by the team to help develop strength and stamina.
From scenic trail runs to interactive team-led activities, campers will not only build their running skills but also connect with Sherando athletes, learn what cross country is all about, and experience the energy of being part of a team. It’s a supportive, encouraging environment where kids can have fun, make friends, and grow their love for running!
Parents will have the opportunity to participate in a time trial on the last morning of camp!
