605 Club XC Summer Program
The 605 Club XC Summer Program is a summer cross country training experience designed by the coaching staff at 605 Running Company. This program is built to help middle school and high school athletes prepare for the upcoming cross country season through individualized training, professional coaching support, mindset development, and consistent group accountability.

Who Is This Program For?
The 605 Club XC Summer Program is designed for cross country athletes ages 11–18 who want to build confidence, consistency, and a stronger foundation heading into their fall season.
Athletes will be divided into two training groups:
Ages 11–14
Ages 15–18
Training and communication will be tailored to each age group to create an encouraging and productive training environment for athletes of varying experience levels.
Whether you're new to cross country or already competing at a high level, this program is designed to help athletes improve physically and mentally while building connections within the Sioux Falls running community.
