Join Us for the MCBC Fit Fellowship 5K Run & Walk!
Dear Runners and Walkers,
We are thrilled to announce that Mt. Calvary's Wellness Ministry is hosting our first MCBC Fit Fellowship 5K Run & Walk on September 6th, 2025, starting at 8 AM. This event will cover a distance of 3.1 miles, beginning and ending at 422 Carolina Ave., Shelby, NC 28150. The cost to participate is $25, which includes a T-shirt, Bib, and race chip. Complimentary fruit and water will be provided for all runners and walkers upon completion. T-shirt deadline for race will be September 26th!
We will award medals to the winners in each age group:
Our goal is to gather our community and churches for a day of fellowship while promoting fitness. We will have signage, water stations, and encouragers along the route to keep you motivated. Family members who are not racing can enjoy vendors on-site.
Leashed pets are welcome!!

Late Packet Pick Up will be available at 7 am, at the race location 422 Carolina Ave., Shelby, NC 28150.
