Five-person teams will race to complete 500 miles over the month of June. The objective is for teams to collectively:
·Walk, jog, run, hike, or elliptical 500 miles, or
·Swim 125 “metric miles”, or
·Cycle 1000 miles, or
·Row 1,000,000 meters
Teams can also mix activities based on a 0-100 percentage scale
·Run, Walk, Hike, Ruck, Elliptical: 1 Mile = 1%
·Swim: 412.5 yards "1/4 Metric Mile" = 1%
·Cycle: 2 miles = 1%
·Row: 2,000 meters = 1%
Winning teams will be based on 1) 1st Team to complete 500 miles; and 2) Team with the most accumulated miles
