Aquathlon Distance: Super sprint 1km run , swim 750 m 1km Run , sprint -2.5 km beach run , Swim 1.5 km , Run 2.5 km , ultra 5km run , 2.5 km swim , 5km run.
Long distance Run 5km or 10km beach Run
