Come celebrate Día De Los Muertos (Day Of The Dead) and run a 5k race.
5k run/walk starts 9am on Saturday October 31st, 2026. All levels are welcome, it is a fully paved path, strollers are welcome.
Packet Pick up is Saturday October 31st 7am-8:45am at North Natomas Regional Park (Same location as the race).
All participants will receive a t-shirt and sticker with registration, top 3 in each age group and top 3 over all in male and female categories will receive ribbons.
The race will be held at North Natomas Regional Park, it is a flat course held on the sidewalk which is a loop around the entire park. All ages and running/walking abilities are welcome to participate. Participants are welcome to wear costumes.
Only dogs allowed are service dogs, this is a USATF rule because this is a sanctioned race by USA Track and field.

This is a fundraiser for the Azteca FC youth Cross Country and track program. Every season members from Azteca FC work hard to qualify for the Junior Olympics. This 5k is a fundraiser to assist the athletes who qualify to attend and compete in the Junior Olympics. In July 2025, Jackson Sevilla and Ethan Tang, represented Azteca FC at the Junior Olympics In Savannah, Georgia. Your generous support helps athletes compete at the highest level and gain national recognition to help them earn opportunities to compete at the college level.
