From the Organizer
Join us in celebrating our dad’s 62nd birthday the best way we know how, by moving together!
This Charity 5K event is focused on stroke awareness in honor of our father, who survived a stroke five years ago and continues to face ongoing challenges.
This event is partnered with KABLE (The Korean American Brothers & Sisters in Law Enforcement). The 5K not only to raise awareness but also to bring the community together in support of individuals and families affected by strokes. It’s something very close to our hearts, and we are putting a lot into making it impactful. Donations will be going Dellridge Health & Rehabilitation Center in Paramus.
There will be medals first come first serve. There will also be announcements before and after as well as an award ceremony for the 5K afterwards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd OVERALL male/female runners ONLY no age groups. Sorry.
Check out instagram for updates: @kable.usa and @aliceeji.
Walk it. Run it. Push it. Cheer it in honor of survivors, fighters, and families. And as always, don’t forget to move today! 🏃♀️
