Outdoor yoga on a weekend morning by the river is just what the yogi ordered! Become one with nature while you work on your flexibility and core strength. Yoga is for everybody and every body, not just the super flexible. The class led by Align Yoga, Rocks, and Reiki is a mixed-level flow and great for beginner to advanced practitioners, but we do ask that you have taken at least a class or two before showing up! This party is BYOM (bring your own mat) because no one wants grass stains on their palms from doing downward dog!
