From the Organizer
Join us for the She Rises PTSD Virtual 5K 2026, a powerful nationwide movement dedicated to supporting and uplifting women navigating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Hosted in collaboration with the ECS Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
This is more than a race. It is a collective statement of strength, resilience, and healing. It is a celebration of women who are PERSEVERING, TENACIOUS, STRONG, and DETERMINED in their journey.
On June 27, 2026, in recognition of PTSD Awareness Day, participants across the country will come together to walk, run, and rise wherever they are. Whether you participate solo or with a group, every step taken is a symbol of courage, empowerment, and unwavering strength.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit organizations working to restore and support women impacted by PTSD, helping to provide resources, advocacy, and pathways to healing.
We strongly encourage participants to organize or join group walks in their local communities as a visible demonstration of unity for women who are healing, growing, and reclaiming their power.
Participants Will Receive
• A participant t-shirt
• A finisher medal
