42 years young with the Pompton Lakes Recreation Department in support of Pompton Lakes Day, the P. L. 5K is ready for those that want to experience a unique hybrid style racecourse. The racecourse traverses a number of fields, roads, and even a "pipeline" path!!!. A map of the course will be posted on race day to ensure everyone knows where they will be running!!! The course will be well marked and there will be course marshals placed in key locations. A single water stop at the course center will keep you hydrated. A little cross country, trail and mixture of roads will accommodate the palette of almost any runner. Be sure to check this one out!
