5K Run/Walk Benefiting Third Age Adult Day Center!
Join us for the Inaugural Dash for Dementia 5K Run/Walk, a community event hosted by UFirst FCU supporting individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias through the Third Age Adult Day Center at SUNY Plattsburgh.
Whether you are running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, your participation helps strengthen local support services and raise awareness for dementia care.

Registration Opens: 1:00 PM

Race Information
5K Run & Walk (All ages and abilities welcome)
Timed and untimed participants welcome
Course details and maps will be posted closer to race day
Additional distance options may be added based on interest
Registration Fees
Adults: $25
Children (Under 12): $10 (only need to register if they would like a shirt)
All registered participants receive an official Dash for Dementia event t-shirt.
Shirt orders will close on a specified deadline to ensure availability.
Benefiting Organization
All proceeds from this event support the Third Age Adult Day Center at SUNY Plattsburgh, which provides vital programming and respite services for individuals and families living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias.

We will be joined by the Dog Father Food Truck & High Peaks Brew Coffee cart!
