Black Men’s Wellness Day 5K Run/Walk – Philadelphia
Lace up and join us in Philadelphia for the Black Men’s Wellness Day 5K Run/Walk, a powerful celebration of health, strength, unity, and community impact.
This isn’t just a race—it’s a movement.
The Black Men’s Wellness Day 5K brings together runners, walkers, families, faith leaders, students, and community partners from across the region to raise awareness around preventable health conditions disproportionately impacting Black men, while promoting physical activity, mental wellness, and lifelong healthy habits.
Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome—whether you’re chasing a personal best, walking with loved ones, or showing up in support of Black men and their families. Every step you take helps drive conversations around early detection, access to care, and health equity.
What to Expect:
A scenic and energetic 5K course through Philadelphia
A fun, inclusive atmosphere with music, encouragement, and community pride
Access to health screenings, wellness resources, and educational opportunities
A post‑race Wellness Village featuring community organizations, partners, and vendors
A chance to be part of a citywide effort to improve outcomes for Black men and their families
Proceeds from this race support year‑round health education, outreach, and wellness initiatives designed to reduce disparities and empower individuals with the tools to live healthier lives.
Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines—your presence matters.
👉 Register today and be part of the movement. Run for health. Run for community. Run for change.
