DISTANCE: 5km Run & 1 Mile Walk
Races will Start and Finish on Haven Avenue at 19th Street on an out and back course. Race will travel south down the Bike Path. Race starts and finishes at the same place.
RACE TIME & REGISTRATION: 5k race will go off at 8:00 AM with 1 Mile Walk going off right after. There will be two times for registration and packet pick up. Friday (7/24) from 5pm-8pm in Ocean City Community Center Atrium at 1735 Simpson Avenue and Saturday (7/25) Race Day registration begins at 6:30 AM on the 19th Street Basketball Courts behind OC Intermediate School. Restroom portable toilets will be available on site. Please note 1 Mile walkers do not need a race bib as the 1 Mile walk is not timed. Walkers can pick up shirts Friday or Saturday.
5k PRIZE DIVISIONS: Overall Male & Female Winner win a special prize. After that there will be age group medals for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd per gender in the following age groups:
14 & Under | 15-19 | 20-29 | 30-39 | 40-49 | 50-59 | 60-69 | 70-79 | 80+
**Please note awards are for 5k Participants Only**
FEE: $30.00 for pre-registration by 7/6/2026 (includes shirt)
$35.00 for registration 7/7/2026 through race day registration (includes shirt, while supplies last.)
We will have no paper registration on race day everyone must signup online.
DIRECTIONS/PARKING: Enter Ocean City from the 9th Street Bridge (RT 52). Turn right at the first light (Bay Avenue). Proceed to 17th Street. There is off street parking between Haven & Simpson Avenue between 16th & 17th Street. Registration will occur on the basketball courts behind Ocean City Intermediate School along the Bike Path at 19th Street along Haven Avenue.
All proceeds benefit Ocean City Boys & Girls Cross Country and Track & Field Boosters.
