Join us on Saturday, May 30th, for Healing Hearts: Walk/Run/MOVE! for Suicide Prevention, a powerful day of movement, community, and collective care benefiting Crisis Support Services of Alameda County. Whether you walk, run, roll, or dance, every action you take supports life-saving suicide prevention services in our community.
🌟 WHAT MAKES HEALING HEARTS SPECIAL?
This is more than just a race. It's a day of healing, joy, and connection for the whole family. After you hit the pavement for our walk/run, stick around for a wellness fair, movement classes, snacks, and a heart-centered program that uplifts the strength of our community.

📍 Location: Edoff Bandstand, Lake Merritt
🕘 Start Times:
8:30 AM: Registration & Check-in Opens
9:00 AM: Opening Ceremony, Remarks from Councilmember Brown & Supervisor Fortunato Bas, and Oakland Taiko Performance
9:30 AM: 5K around Lake Merritt starts in 2 waves (Warm-up led by Frank Clayton Jr.)
9:40 AM: Movement Activities Begin: Tai Chi with Master Sheldon & Trauma Informed Yoga with Marsha Rosenblatt
10:30 AM: Dance Party
11:00 AM: Closing Ceremony
