In our 12th year, we are a year round nonprofit organization
dedicated to introducing middle schoolers to the basics of cross country running.
Many of our runners have gone on to run with the MVRHS cross country and track teams.
Join us and make new friends, improve your fitness and enjoy the outdoors!
All levels are welcome.
● USATF certified coaches help runners increase their endurance and speed on age
appropriate distances.
● Runners have the option to run with the team in local Summer 5Ks for racing experience.
