LAST MAN STANDING: THE BURPEE OPEN
Year 2 of the Last Man Standing · September 26, 2026
10 burpees. Every minute. Until one person remains.
THE RULES
Chest to ground → Jump → Hands touch overhead. 10 reps per minute. Miss a round, you're out. Last one standing wins.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Start with 30–40 athletes. Every minute on the minute, complete 10 full burpees — chest to ground, hop at the top, hands touch overhead. Fall behind or break form and you're done. The crowd grows louder as competitors drop. This is endurance, grit, and community in the open air.

OFFICIAL RULES
Full burpee standard: chest to ground, stand and jump at the top, both hands touch overhead. CrossFit standard.
10 burpees must be completed within each 60-second window. Clock beeps to start each round.
Don't finish 10 reps before the next beep = elimination.
Poor form earns one verbal warning. Second infraction = elimination.
Voluntary tap-outs welcome at any time — your final round is recorded on the leaderboard.
Event continues until one person is the last standing.
Complete 60+ rounds = 60 Club status and the official hat, regardless of final placement.
