Participants may walk, run or bike on Saturday September 20th, 2025 at East Rock Park! The event takes place at College Woods in East Rock Park. 5K participants will run along the Mill River and around the bottom of East Rock before turning around and returning to the finish. The course is a nicely shaded route, perfect for September! We encourage you to wear your t-shirt while you walk, run or bike and share your photos on social media!

We’re looking for fundraising champions to support our cause. By fundraising within your network of family, friends and colleagues, you’ll help us sustain the critical programs we provide to SCD families statewide.
