The New Cumberland Olde Towne Association and the Friends of the New Cumberland Public Library are sponsoring the inaugural 5K on the 4th race on July 4, 2026. The race will begin and end in New Cumberland's Borough Park.
This year, the Friends are celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Benjamin House as the site of the New Cumberland Public Library. Our Library’s mission is to encourage lifelong learning by providing a vibrant gathering place where all are welcomed to read, grow, dream, discover, and connect.
Course Description: Mainly flat course around the park and on tree-lined streets of the area. Water stop half way. Post-race refreshments and awards provided. Timing by Black Cat Timing.
Awards: Top M/F finishers, top M\F finishers in age groups: under 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, over 70
Short sleeve T-shirts available for registrations received by May 31.
Registration and Packet Pick-up starting 7:15 am on race day at the #3 (large) pavilion
