With 14 heart-pounding run sections and 13 exhilarating swim sections, you'll conquer everything from lightning-quick 20-yard swims to monster 1300-yard lake crossings. Imagine racing through fire trails, single-track paths, paved roads, and wild wooded sections—each step and stroke bringing you closer to victory!
Not quite ready for the long haul? No problem! The Short Course offers an epic 2.7-mile swim and 10-mile run that'll still test your limits. Solo athletes can join the fun too, tackling the same incredible course with pure determination.
