Gobble, gobble, get ready to trot! The Mountain Lakes Turkey Trot, hosted by Lakeland Hills Family YMCA, is coming up, and we want YOU to lace up and run like you’re chasing the last piece of pie! Whether you’re racing for a personal best, jogging with friends, or just looking for a fun way to burn off those Thanksgiving calories, this trot’s for you. So, dust off those running shoes, bring your best turkey day spirit, and let’s make this the most fun, feather-filled event of the year! Don’t miss out—join the flock and register today!
Lakeland Hills Family YMCA is excited to continue the legacy of the Mountain Lakes Turkey Trot, a cherished tradition that brings together the community each holiday season. Whether you're running, walking, or cheering on participants, join us in Mountain Lakes for a memorable event that supports our community and fosters the spirit of togetherness.
The 2025 Mountain Lakes Turkey Trot takes place Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 27 (Rain or Shine). The race is a 5K and is a fun event for all ages. Ages 2 and under are free. Race starts at 9:00 AM. Check-in and registration begin at 7:30 AM. Race packets will be available for pick-up the day prior at Lakeland Hills YMCA Welcome Center. We highly recommend picking up packet day before to avoid crowds and added wait time.

$35 – Through, Wednesday, November 19, 11:59 PM
$40 – Beginning Thursday, November 20 including Thanksgiving Day.

Participants who register by Monday, November 10 are guaranteed an awesome t-shirt. Don’t delay!
