Join Us for the Annual Good Ol' Days 5K in Downtown Mount Ida, Arkansas!
Experience a delightful old-fashioned event that is perfect for the entire family. Enjoy an enhanced route through our beautiful city, featuring exciting door prizes, delicious post-race food, and a whole lot of fun! Gather your friends and family for an unforgettable day! T-shirts are available for an additional $10 (until 5/13), and all participants will receive a Good Ol' Days 5K medal.
Celebrate the Good Ol' Days!
This festival, which began in 1990, took a break during the Covid pandemic, but NOW WE ARE BACK and better than ever! Join us for craft vendors, food trucks, live music, and kid zone. Don’t miss the huge car show with live music—there's something for everyone!
The race begins and concludes at our high school, with the route clearly marked. Two water and snack stations will be available along the way to keep you energized.
Registration Details:
Cost: $25
Includes: A bib, an awesome Good Ol' Days 5K medal, and a medal for the top 3 finishers in each category!
Categories: Men: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-UP

Race Day Packet Pickup: Starts 1 hour before the race
Event Schedule: 7:30-8:15 AM: Packet Pickup
8:25 AM: National Anthem
8:30 AM: Race Starts!
Awards will be presented live at the Registration tent immediately after you cross the finish line!
