Because Life’s Too Short to Pause Your Fabulous!
Calling all amazing women—whether you're in peri-menopause, rocking post-menopause, or not sure if you're in any kind of pause, this race is YOUR moment to shine! Celebrate your strength and unstoppable spirit in the Hot Flash 5K Walk/Run.
Hot flashes might slow you down, but they can't stop your stride! Laugh, move, connect, and feel fabulous alongside women who truly get it. Join this incredible movement as we redefine what it means to be vibrant, confident, and (sometimes) overheated, at every stage of womanhood.
Bring your friends, sisters, mothers, and daughters, and let's create unforgettable memories together.
See you at the starting line!

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: Hot Flash 5k Walk/Run events proceed rain, shine, snow, or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no-refund policy.
In the event of extreme weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to half an hour. Past this time, the event course may be shortened or altered to protect the participants.
If conditions become lightning, ice, or otherwise unsafe, the event may be canceled. Event changes and cancellations are at the discretion of the Race Director.
We always strive to produce a full and safe sporting event, but weather conditions can sometimes affect those plans.
A lot of hours, days, and even months go into planning a sporting event, and we do so with the best intentions. Unfortunately, no one can control the weather, and race directors are no exception.
Our goal is to always produce a full event as scheduled and to modify these plans only due to safety concerns, some of which may be caused by weather conditions.
Thank you for your understanding of these policies, and we appreciate your participation.
If you are unable to participate in the event or it is canceled, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal, and simply run the race on your own time on your own course. See our virtual race information for complete details.
