T-Shirts: Limited-edition tie-dye shirts to the first 400 registrants, but all runners will receive a shirt (plus, you may even win a random prize)!
Pick-Up Location: Bodman Park, M.Y.A.A. Little League Clubhouse
Pick-Up Times: Friday July 24, 5:30pm thru 7:30pm & Saturday morning, 7am THRU 8:25am

A scenic and mostly shaded run along Middletown's Cooper Road.
Rolling hills? Check. Horse farms? Yup. Great post-race party? Got that covered too!
