From the Organizer
Please join us for our favorite summer tradition, the 4th of July Run Through Maplewood! This 5K race benefits the Columbia High School Track & Field and Cross Country programs. It's a semi-hilly run (or walk) through the neighborhood streets of beautiful Maplewood, New Jersey. We'll have chip start and finish, and race T-shirts will be guaranteed for the first 220 registered runners.
Track & Field / Cross Country is the largest athletics team at CHS, and community support has been vital to enabling our amazing athletes to compete year after year. We're very thankful for our generous sponsor for this event, Jill Sockwell Group.
Please feel free to donate if you don't want to run or walk. On behalf of the coaches and athletes, we very much appreciate your interest in our race! Hope to see you on the 4th of July.
NOTE NEW START TIME THIS YEAR! In order to finish before the busy lineup of township July 4th activities, our race will start at 8am. Race-day check in and bib/shirt pickup will begin at 7am on July 4; we will also have advance bib and T-shirt pickup on July 3, time and location TBD.
