Ready to flex your muscles at the wildest workout spot in town?  The Louisville Zoo and Flex Appeal invite you to join us for one of our exciting fitness classes at the Zoo.  All fitness levels are welcome to take part in this unique event. Each workout will be approximately one hour in length and will take place in different areas of the Zoo.

Because of the unique atmosphere and the terrain around the Zoo, closed toed shoes are strongly encouraged.  Be sure to bring a water bottle-with dates in June, July, August and September, we'll have you sweating before the workouts even start!  The Zoo has several bottle refill stations around the park so you should have a fill spot nearby!
