From the Organizer
This is our 4th annual 5k for a cause, in the beautiful neighborhood of hilly Copperfield!
This year we are honoring the caretakers - we watch our friends and neighbors be the support system of their loved ones and we want to see and honor those behind the scenes. We are raising money to create grants to buy medical equipment (wheelchair ramps, etc), pay for time at an adult daycare or just flat out have groceries delivered.
We will be honoring those with Alzheimer’s and in need of memory care with our purple mile. Want to honor someone? Send an email through here or to shalizabeth@icloud.com
Top 3 male and female finishers will be awarded and recognized!
As always, we will have a light breakfast from Wild Eggs, a Dri-Fit shirt and a finishers medal. This event doesn’t disappoint! Come walk/run in honor of your favorite caretaker.
