It’s Friday the 13th, and under the harvest moon, the woods come alive with feathers, fog, and just a hint of chaos.

Join us for the final chapter in the Camp CaliFlow Trilogy, a fall night of fun, fright, and fearless miles. Whether you’re running from guilt, running for the pie, or just running for the glow, this one’s for you.

Because at Camp Turkey Terror… the turkeys fight back.

The course begins beneath the glowing CaliFlow Arcch, tracing the flat, scenic Long Beach path under the light of the harvest moon.

As you make your way through the fog, you’ll pass a few iconic “Camp Turkey Terror” checkpoints:
🔥 The Final Feast Turnaround
🍂 Stuffing Station 13
🥧 Pie or Die Water Stop

Half Marathon: 3 × 4.36-mile loops
10K: 2 × 5K out-and-backs
5K: 1 loop

Each turnaround features a full water station, friendly “camp counselors,” and plenty of autumn spirit to keep you moving before the turkeys catch up.

Think Thanksgiving meets slasher flick, but with way better lighting and medals you’ll actually want to show off.

The half marathon is the distance where you find out what you're actually made of. Long enough to demand real preparation. Short enough that it doesn't consume your life to train for it. Most people who run their first half describe it as the race that changed their relationship with what they're capable of. Once you cross this finish line, the bar moves. That's not a warning — that's the point.

Race day energy varies by event size, but the finish line feeling is the same regardless. Big races keep the noise going the whole way. Smaller races give you stretches where it's just you and the miles — and that solitude becomes its own kind of fuel.

The half marathon rewards people who show up for the boring training miles.

How long to train: 10–14 weeks. If you're already running consistently, 10 weeks of structured buildup is enough. If you're building from a casual base, give yourself 14.
