The Dad Bod Summer Sweat 5K embraces the heat and highlights the importance of Men’s Mental Health Month. We’re proud to partner with NAMI Gwinnett to champion mental wellness, support community programs, and break the stigma surrounding men seeking help.
This race celebrates dads, father figures, brothers, uncles, mentors — and every runner committed to better physical AND mental health.
This ain’t the only run—we outside ALL year.

⚾ Post-Race Baseball Game Add-On
Keep the celebration going with a June 20 matchup between the Gwinnett Stripers and the Memphis Redbirds at Coolray Field, with first pitch at 6:05 PM! A limited number of baseball game tickets are available for just $12 to the first 100 people who purchase the add-on. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are available while supplies last.
