From the Organizer

Go the distance with Fleet Feet Knoxville and ASICS!  This Fall, we have a 12-week training program to get you ready for the iconic Loop Lope 10 Miler in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park on Sunday, November 8th! Challenge yourself along the way and join the Veterans Salute 5k and 10k on November 7th and the Secret City Half Marathon on November 14th- your goal race options are many and we are here to help you achieve all your goals.

Please note that there are 30 guaranteed spots into Loop Lope. These will be secured by registration order - first come, first serve. You do not have to participate in the goal races to join the program. Training program fee does not include goal race entry fees.

Training for a big race takes more than logging miles. It takes a smart plan, the right support and people who know how to help you run steady through the tough weeks and the good ones too.

That’s what you’ll find in Fleet Feet Knoxville's Long Distance Training Program in partnership with ASICS.

With two supported workouts each week, training tiers to suit your needs and running coaches who bring real expertise to every step, you’ll have what you need to train with purpose and finish with confidence.

This isn't just about finishing a race. It’s about discovering what you’re capable of with the right people beside you every step of the way.
