WV Autism Color Run & Walk
A Fun, Family-Friendly Event for All Ages
Join us for a joyful, inclusive color run and walk dedicated to raising autism awareness. This event is not officially timed and is designed for participants of all ages and abilities. Walk, jog, or run at your own pace while supporting an important cause and enjoying a great day in the park.

Group Meeting: 12:30 PM
⏰ Start Times & Groups
Participants will be divided into two groups to ensure an inclusive experience for everyone.
Group 1: Sensory-Friendly Run/Walk
Start Time: 1:00 PM
No color or water will be sprayed
Calm, sensory-friendly environment
Self-paced walk or run
Group 2: Color Run
Start Time: 1:45 PM
Color and water will be thrown along the course
High-energy and fun atmosphere
Self-paced walk or run
👕 What to Wear
White t-shirt required (please bring your own)
Dressing up is encouraged! Tutus, headbands, fun glasses, and creative running outfits are welcome
Have fun and make it colorful
🏅 Registration & Fees
$25 per person
Covers event costs, medals, and park space
Sign-ups end March 15th
Register by April 1st to be guaranteed a medal
Registrations after April 1st are not guaranteed a medal
All additional donations collected during the event will go directly to an autism research foundation.

💙 About the Cause
This event is hosted by Liv Mercer, Miss Morgantown’s Teen, as part of her Community Service Initiative,
“Me + You = Autism: Bullying Breakthrough.”
This race is a meaningful way to spread autism awareness, promote inclusion, and bring the community together in support of individuals and families affected by autism.

This is a relaxed, family-friendly event focused on fun, awareness, and community. All ages are welcome, all abilities are celebrated, and everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace.
