Take part in the Memorial Day Murph Challenge.
The Murph is an annual fitness workout performed on Memorial Day to honor Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan. It consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and a final 1-mile run. It can be done with or without a 20lb weighted vest.
